Comprehensive tiptronic to 6 speed manual conversion kit designed for a 1998-2001 Audi S4/A4 (2.8)
The kit contains the following items:
6 speed 01E transmission Reconditioned and tested (6 month warranty)
- 1-2 updated old Style (012311247F) synchro rings are used with a re-machined shift collar
- 3-4 synchro rings are checked and replaced if needed
- Bearing preloads are checked and adjusted
- All soft parts replaced (seals and gaskets)
Good used Manual transmission shifter assembly
Transmission mounting brackets
Pedal Cluster Assembly
Clutch hydraulic assembly (clutch line, slave cylinder and master cylinder)
Clutch fork, pivot piece and guide tube
Clutch switches with pigtails
Trans to engine hardware (depending upon what clutch/flywheel)
Clutch/Flywheel and transmission isolator mounts are NOT included in this kit but can be added as options.
Shift boot, shifter trim,
and knob are no longer included.

- Underhood mini harness, takes care of the neutral safety switch and reverse switch.
- New clutch assemblies, Southbend, RS4 etc
- Fully overhauled transmission, single piece drive shaft, alternative Gear ratios
- Rear Differential

If residential delivery is selected, a phone number is required on the order and liftgate services will be added. Unable to deliver to gated communities or where the truck driver is required to back up.
These are built to order and build time is approx 4 to 6 weeks.
