Warranty on Advanced Automotion service and products
It is the goal of Advanced Automotion to provide quality products and services. All products sold by Advanced Automotion comes with a 6 month warrant against manufacturing defects. Used parts carry a 90 day warranty, and remanufactured components (transmissions, engines etc) carry additional warranty terms. Warranties do not cover abuse, misuse, modification, neglect, or improper installation. Warranty liability is limited to the cost of the item in question only. Warranty does not cover installation or labor charges, shipping, modification, incidental, or consequental damages. Advanced Automotion will only replace or repair warranty items, no refunds will be given outside of the warranty period. Advanced Automotion or the product manufacturer reserves the right to inspect or test all products prior to a warranty claim adjustment. You must obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number from either Customer Service or Technical Support prior to any return. Any modification or improper use voids this warranty. Advanced Automotion decisions regarding warranty remedies is final. Purchase of products and services from Advanced Automotion dictates customer acceptance of Advanced Automotion's policies and warranties.

Our Liability
Advanced Automotion, shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental and contingent damages arising from, but not limited to, the sale, transportation, installation, use or repair of its products. Customer shall be responsible in selecting a reputable installer with current liability insurance to cover any damage that may arise through installation of Advanced Automotion products and/or your vehicle.

Backorders will be shipped when they become available. In order to secure the soonest available part, order may require prepayment. Orders paid first will receive product first.

Legal Notice
All equipment sold under the presumption that the purchaser will use it in accordance with applicable federal and any state laws in a manner that is safe and shall discontinue its use as conditions warrant. Equipment shall never be installed or used in a manner where it may interfere with safety or safety equipment. Do not install parts in the path of the airbag system or that hinder the function of seat belts! Advanced Automotion products can be broken when excessive force is applied, or disassembled, and components can become loose from vibration or heat.

Damaged Items
Inspect your parcel carefully. If you receive an item damaged, notify the delivery company immediately (for FedEx call 1-800-GO-FEDEX, for UPS call 1-800-PICK-UPS, for USPS go to www.usps.com. Do not discard any of the box, shipping label, packing material, or broken items. The delivery company must pickup the damaged goods and provide you with a claim number. You may provide us the claim number so we can follow up on the claim status . this may take up to several weeks. We are unable to send our replacement items until the claim is approved, or a payment is made for the 2nd shipment. We will issue a refund to your account promptly upon receiving reimbursement from the shipper. Customer agrees that anyone can sign for item at shipping address. Damage that is discovered after the item is singed for becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges on Advanced Automotion products
Returns on Advanced Automotion products are allowed up to 30 days from date of purchase. A restocking fee of 20 percent or $50.00 is applied to all returns. Shipping and handling is not returnable. Items sold "As-Is" or sold as Cores are not returnable. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and included in the original packaging. Special order or European Delivery items are subject to a 75 percent restocking fee.
